How to Make Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Heat the butter:

Continue folding:

Don’t overcook: 

Once the eggs are mostly set, but still slightly wet and glossy, remove the pan from the heat. The residual heat will continue to cook the eggs slightly.

Serve immediately:
